1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products—spices, masalas, and edible oils—we can only accept returns in the following situations:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The package arrived leaking, tampered, or unsealed.
- The product has quality issues evident at the time of delivery.
We cannot accept returns for opened or used products.
2. Return Request Window
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To begin a return:

- Include your order ID, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the issue.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Processing usually takes 5–7 business days after approval.
- If you prefer, we can also issue a store credit for future purchases.
4. Replacement Policy
If stock is available, we are happy to send a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacements are sent at no extra cost once the issue is verified.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partly consumed
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Orders purchased through discounted or promotional offers, unless damaged or defective
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
